More Action Care (MAC) Sierra Leone is a non-governmental, non-profit organization founded by young Sierra Leoneans at home and abroad. Our goal is to support government priorities in healthcare and to save vulnerable citizens at risk of losing their lives due to gaps within the health system.

We are driven by a deep commitment to creating positive change in our communities through education, training, and direct support services. Our team comprises passionate volunteers, healthcare professionals, and community leaders who share a common vision of a healthier, more resilient Africa.

Since our founding, we have worked tirelessly to bridge the gaps in healthcare access and mental health support, particularly for the most vulnerable members of our society.

Founder & CEO

M.J. Musa, better known as Inno Jay, is an entrepreneur and philanthropist with a heart for people and passion for purpose. With over 12 years of experience in entertainment business management and public relations, he has built a name rooted in consistency, leadership, and community impact.

As the founder of More Care Action, InnoJay blends his love for entertainment with his deep commitment to giving back. Over the years, he has earned multiple nominations and awards, but it’s his role as a mentor and changemaker that truly defines him.

Inno Jay continues to use his platform to uplift others, proving that success is most meaningful when it’s shared.
